Highland Opportunity Limited (HOL) is the Enterprise Trust for the Highlands of Scotland. It was established in February 1986 as an initiative to meet the needs of small businesses in the Highlands by providing direct financial assistance and associated professional advice. European business services is well positioned through its Euro Info Centre, which informs, advises and assists small and medium-sized enterprises on a wide variety of European matters, including public tenders monitoring and the development of an online sub-thresholds public procurement database. HOL is used to working with trans-national partnerships in its project work.
